3. Creatine Monohydrate: 3-5 grams per day taken consistently every day
4. Methylated B Vitamins: Dosage as indicated on the label (typically recommended)
5. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC): 600 mg per day taken away from meals
6. Curcumin: 1000 mg per day with food for better absorption
7. Melatonin: 3-10 mg before bed (dosage varies)
